Patrick Terminals National Operations Centre, is a centralised operations centre created to provide quick, convenient service to Terminals' customers.
The Centre also captures, stores and provides vital information for a range of port and vessel-related matters.
NOC Services include :
Coordination of national berth schedules Vessel set up in operating management system (OMS) Maintenance (daily update) of vessel ETA's (OMS) Breakbulk quoting for all four terminals Coordination of vessel marine orders compliance surveys and ships database Hazardous documents input for Fisherman Island and East Swanson Dock. 1-Stop and Customs enquiries Preparation of service level performance statistics
Vessel preplanning commenced during October 2008 and is being phased in one service at a time.
