As one link in the Patrick chain of integrated services, the Auto, Bulk & General division (known as Bulk & General Ports) specialises in the receival, storage and loading/discharge/delivery of motor vehicles, bulk cargoes, specialist cargoes such as steel, paper and forestry products, and RoRo / LoLo operations.

Patrick Auto, Bulk & General, the largest bulk and general stevedore in Australia, is made up of 3 specialist yet seamlessly integrated business units, Stevedoring, Ports and Autocare. 

Comprising more than 2,700 skilled staff, teams work together to provide outstanding customer service at 20 major and regional ports. We also have a 700-strong team working with our New Zealand joint venture partner, C3.

With a portfolio of more than $500 million of port-related infrastructure and assets currently under management through either direct ownership or exclusive operating agreements, our vision is to increase this substantially by 2018 in line with our 10 year Strategic Plan. This will be achieved through a combination of organic growth, investment and acquisition.

In partnership with Patrick Stevedoring, our market leading Autocare* business provides a fully integrated supply chain service to the automotive industry, companies and private clients Australia-wide, expertly handling more than 1,000,000 vehicle movements annually.
