Q. How do I make enquiries and confirm a booking?
A. Telephone 1300 656 768 and one of our Transport Bookings Staff will be able to help you.

Q. Do you deliver door to door?
A. Yes. Door to door pick up and delivery can be arranged or depot to depot/door to door for interstate. If door to door delivery is requested, access availability must be advised including overhanging trees, narrow streets, roundabouts, traffic islands, council restrictions etc.

Q. How do I make payment?
A. All major credit cards - Visa, Bankcard, M/Card, or Direct Deposit

Q. Is C.O.D. available?
A. No. Movements must be prepaid.

Q. When I use the Move My Car service, can I leave personal belongings in my car?
A. No. Personal belongings are not to be left in the vehicle.

Q. Do I need to remove external accessories?
A. Yes. All roof racks, weather shields, rear window louvers, bonnet protectors, tow bar tongues must be removed.

Q. Do you transport trailers?
A. No. We do not transport trailers, caravans, boats or motorcycles.

Q. Do you transport non-goers?
A. No. All vehicles must be driveable with operable steering, foot and hand brakes.
